About Overseas Mortgages

Properties can be either in the UK or in selected locations abroad. Subject to location, the maximum LTV is 80% with competitive rates. The base rate is either Bank of England or the local base rate - the customer can decide.

The following criteria applies:

• Up to 80% LTV (100% in France)
• 5 times income multiples (subject to 50% DTIR)
